Hi to all. I hope you are doing very well, and you walk in the blessing and the protection of God. I have just returned from a very blessed outreach last Saturday. It was an amazing experience as we went with a humanities team to Eswatini for a specialized outreach on governmental level.

 

Godly governance seminar

Johannes Wessels, who is the YWAM base leader from Eswatini, organized a Godly governance seminar for a whole day for the parliamentarians, CEO’s and the judiciary. The theme was Godly governance. We had amazing speakers as we had a parliamentarian from Switzerland and his pastor and a couple from England from Indian and American origin that are qualified lawyers in our team. This was a “taste and see” of the UofN to see if they are capable of training leaders through online training. The day was very well received, and we are in ongoing communication how we are going to go forward. It was a tremendous honor to be involved in the seminar. We were later also invited to go and pray with the Christians in the royal family. It was an amazing opportunity to meet them.

Prophetic school

We are continuing with the prophetic school training and today we start with a new group. We have 37 people on the group from quite a few nations. We have amazing staff that serve the school, and the Holy Spirit meets us at every school to take us deeper and further into the mysteries of His working. Please pray with us as we have been called to rise up new prophetic leaders for this generation. But the prophetic needs to be on the right foundation of grace, with good character and with purity. We thank God for all the prophetic schools that have been done and we are looking forward to walking with the new group God has given.

Transformation prayer ministry

The TPM was from the beginning of the base a major drive and Christien has about 50 people on her group that is doing the current online school. TPM deals with lies and trauma in people’s lives. Ywam lost 11 missionaries busy with their master’s program in Tanzania in a bus accident. Sometimes we go through things that are tough and difficult to understand. Only God understand the whole dynamics of what is going on and we get healed in His Presence.

The vision is to train as many people as possible that can be equipped to help others. In my TPM group for men, we have a leader from India, Albi that is going to Finland and others that God is equipping to help others. Because or base is mainly on technology currently we are able to build a big international relational network and we thank God for His wisdom how He is leading us uniquely. The TPM course reach different nations and countries – we are so thankful for people who have a heart for God’s Truth that heals all our pains and lies!

The TPM connection also opened up an opportunity to teach at the Bafyeni Trust soup kitchen events two weeks ago. We shared about the basics of TPM with these hungry people ( hungry for God and for food). We taught at 4 different groups. This was a great opportunity and we could see people opening their hearts for Jesus, to heal and answer them!!

Think Tank in Spain

The Ywam Think Tank is coming together in Spain from the 16-20 May this year. Because we will be in Europe we are also going to try and get to Finland to visit Job and Iida and to continue with the ministry we have in Finland. The whole trip will cost us R50000. We are going to discuss the issues with gender that seem to be going wrong in Europe and peacemaking in war zones at the Think Tank. These discussions help us to form policies to go forward and especially as humanities department of YWAM. As I am currently serving with a humanities team it makes sense to attend this international meeting to get equipped for our work God is putting on our plate. It is a huge financial expense though. But we are going to try to make it happen, by faith. Please pray with us for the event and the provision for the event.

4)     Andrea and Francois has been struggling with their health in Worcester, but doing well with the DTS.
