Thankful for 2019 !!

Newsletter December 2019
Dear Friends
We praise God for an amazing 2019 - a lot happened! Thank you for your prayers and support. These are some of the highlights.

February – Liberty DTS
We had a team of six DTS students in the beginning of the year that was a breakthrough for us as it produced good leaders and staff for the second DTS and beyond. This DTS gave us the momentum we wanted to see in staff and ministry. They did outreach in Mozambique and Malawi. We also had a TPM school and Prophetic school of about 30 people combined in the first semester.

October - All Nations for One Kingdom fundraising Event for Operation Refugee Africa
We saw an increase in the funds for Operation Refugee this year and we could sponsor 5 refugees and buy land for the base in Lilongwe near the refugee camp. The ALL Nations event was part of the fundraising efforts and 300-400 people attended this truly intercultural and interdenominational concert for the refugees.

November - Nations to Nations
The Nations to Nations conference (at NW University) was combined with our second DTS and we could clearly see the theme of the second DTS was South Africa.

We got a word of “unity in diversity” for South Africa. Later on when I was watching the rugby world cup in London the commentator was shouting at the top of his voice: "It is amazing what South Africa can achieve through unity in diversity!"

We met with the head of the North West University and it paved a way for future cooperation. Through this event God gave us a platform to give words and concepts from the Kingdom of God to all the participants and students on campus and we had an effect in the marketplace / university .

August -  Compassion and Justice DTS  We had a strong team in the second DTS as well as a good staff team from four people groups. We did outreach in Ikageng and are busy establishing a second house for Ywam Potch. We have a leadership developing from our work at the orphanage. We also had an investment in the orphanage from France where an extra building was built. We thank and praise God for the work of Nicolas Maurin in the orphanage. Our DTS outreach team did great work in our African township Ikageng (see photos)  Please pray with us as we are planning to do our 2020 DTS in a house in Ikageng – this will be our second house-base. We hope to see great indigenous leaders stand up from the work in Ikageng!

In the time of the DTS I was also invited as one of the main speakers in London at Ywam 's Think Tank for a research proposal next year August in Lilongwe. It went very well and some great relationships where established internationally with quite a few bases in Europe.

April - Speaking in DRC & Burundi
It was the first time this year I could speak in Congo in a DTS. It was a special experience and we wish the Kimbambazii family all the best in DRC as God uses them powerfully.
I was also invited to speak at a few other DTS's which were a great privilege.

We had to work through a house break-in, cars breaking and some opposition but all-in-all we had a great year where we saw the kingdom of God greatly expanding. We praise God for His favour and comfort through this year.
We thank God for each message and prayer and all the support we received! Please keep on supporting us in prayer and encouragement in 2020.
Hope you have a blessed December,
